Q: Does it come with a power supply. What version of Windows?
A: All Acer laptops and Chromebooks include an AC adapter and power cord. This is not a Windows laptop, this is a Chromebook that runs the Chrome operating system. A: My refurbished Acer 15 Chromebook arrived in Grade A+ pristine condition. I can't tell it from being brand new and straight out of the box. I don't know if others will arrive in this condition, but it was a nice surprise!

Q: Can you watch Netflix on this laptop?
A: Hi! We bought them as Christmas presents and have not opened them yet but there should not be any reason why you can’t watch it as long as you have a connection.

Q: Is this laptop good for uploading and editing videos for YouTube?
A: Light video editing and uploading, yes. There are 2 USB ports and 1 SD port to import videos from a camera if necessary. I would not use the camera the laptop comes with. It’s a laptop camera so they’re always generally lower quality. If you find a nice editing software I’m sure it would run quite nicely. The laptop is very smooth and is fast, so I’d say it is very capable.
