“Often times on refurbished items you'll see a grade for what condition an item is in..ex: "Grade A" would be like new or the best, and then the grade goes down depending on the wear/tear, condition of the screen, scratches, etc. What grade would this be?”

My refurbished Acer 15 Chromebook arrived in Grade A+ pristine condition. I can't tell it from being brand new and straight out of the box. I don't know if others will arrive in this condition, but it was a nice surprise!
