Light video editing and uploading, yes. There are 2 USB ports and 1 SD port to import videos from a camera if necessary. I would not use the camera the laptop comes with. It’s a laptop camera so they’re always generally lower quality. If you find a nice editing software I’m sure it would run quite nicely. The laptop is very smooth and is fast, so I’d say it is very capable.
