Yes, this laptop has Windows 10 installed and does not come with any productivity software installed.

It asked me to update it- It has automatic updates, But there was an Icon for me to do so, That took me to a web site, to down load Windows 10- which I did Not do...Not sure about the Office programs, the flash drive, or the Geek squad warranty....It is a good running computer, I only go to social media and email or play games on it...Good Luck..
