- Answer It's not considered user replaceable as the bottom case assembly must be removed to access the battery. If you feel comfortable opening the laptop, there shouldn't be a problem.

- Answer While Chromebooks have an Auto Update Expiration date, this laptop has Windows 11 so Microsoft would make any announcements as to when in the future the updates for Windows 11 would end. Since this is a fairly new operating system, likely it won't be for several years yet.

QuestionNot clear on the answers to ddr4 upgrades. Yes, two slots. Yes, upgradeable. But is the 4gig chip soldered in? And if you need to have 2 ram chips of equal size, wouldn't that limit you to a total of 8 gig ram?
