This PC comes with Chrome OS.

You cannot go to a store and buy any Windows programs and load them by DVD into any hard drive. It uses Google internet based applications. (I hate it when people use the word "cloud".) It's a Chromebase computer. It has a Chrome OS. It does NOT use Windows OS, in fact it does not even have DOS. You remember DOS, right? I'm afraid that you have stumbled into the bright, sunny and fresh world of Chrome where people have broken away from Bill Gates and Microsoft. We are a rebellious crowd who know how to think beyond what is shoveled out at us. We read. We also know how to use punctuation and capitalization. You ought to try it.
