Can this computer be used for Adobe premeire null

You did not specify Windows or MAC for Adobe "Premiere". That doesn't matter. This computer is a "Chromebase" and it has a Chrome OS. It also does not have a hard drive per se. SO, I would guess it is not compatible with Adobe "Premiere".

If it is available from the Chrome webstore it can be used. According to Google at the link below, the Chromebase is in the planned stage for Google Playstore and Android apps support.
