Hi, does this monitor work with the new MacBook Pro? null

You can use the native HDMI out on the 2021 MacBook Pro 14 or 16 or any of the Thunderbolt 4 outputs with a USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort adapter (not Mini DisplayPort). The CM2 does not have a USB-C input. The adapters are available from various manufacturers but recommend using Apple’s for best results.
