• A:Answer You do not need to connect the monitors to eachother. You need to connect each individual monitor to your computer. If your computer or system does not have two Display Port slots, you must an adaptor to make it two, or if a spare HDMI slot is available, you will need a converter. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer To set your Acer KGB271U monitor to 180Hz, you must use a DisplayPort cable and change the setting in both your monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) and your PC's display settings. If you are connected via an HDMI cable, the maximum refresh rate will be 144Hz. Also verify the GPU in the device connected will support the refresh rate you want.
