Can it run Fortnite (or any game) on high graphics? null

It can run most games on High graphics. I play Overwatch on High graphics and am always around 90fps. The 4GB of VRAM helps a lot too. Some demanding Triple-A games may need to be dropped down to medium settings though. The graphical performance is near identical to that of a GTX 1050ti.

Radeon RX 560X 4GB performs better than a gtx 1050 but slightly less than a GTX 1050 ti. Ultimately it depends on the games but i believe esports titles(Overwatch, Dota, League of Legends) can be run on high. Most AAA titles go on medium. It depends on the graphics updates and such but forntite currently goes on medium from what I'm seeing (I don't know if this is something to do with the switchable graphics settings).
