Yes, it can quite well. Put graphical settings around medium/high and it is a very smooth experience.

It most certainly can and well at that. Just make sure to update your bios [literally 20 seconds and just an install wizard] then go to amd radeon settings app > switchable graphics > load game > select fortnight when it pops up and > high performance Runs decent on vega 8 integrated as well.
