• With a Google account, you can use G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slodes, etc.), or you could use Office 365. There isn’t any native software for word processing on a Chromebook. If your child is in middle school, they likely have a Google account or a Microsoft account already that they would have access to.

• Google Docs is what is included as a word processor app. But you can download the Microsoft Office apps from Google PlayStore if you want to use this instead.
