• Refurb has 90 day warranty from Acer. Like any other computer without an optional extended warranty and beyond retailers normal 15 day return period, you send it back to Acer warranty/repair center.

• 1) Varies (most are returns during 30 day trial period) 2) 90 days from Acer 3) Within 15 days return to Best Buy. Within 90 days, call Acer. After 90 days . . . call Acer, a computer repair shop or fix it yourself.
