“I ordered and got this laptop a couple of weeks ago because in the description it never mentions it is the Max-Q. Neither the Nvidia control panel nor any sticker mention it's the Max-Q design. Is it still the Max-Q?”

The laptop is equipped with the Nvidia RTX 2080 Max-Q edition for low-energy consumption efficiency. The same goes for the models equipped with Nvidia RTX 2070 will be Max-Q design.
