• Yup. It is capable of 100Hz. Note that HDMI will not get you 1440p @ 100Hz though. You have to use a DP cable.

• yes it can. Mine is running at 100Hz just fine.

• The included DP cable will provide 100Hz as long as the video card supports that refresh rate.
