    • Answer 1st time with this type of drive, but I think the heat sink can only be on 1 side. Many web sites recommended getting a better heat sink, but the included one has been sufficient for me

    • Answer No, you have to attach it. Its very simple to do. This allows you to instead get a different/better heat sink if you desire. The included one has been working well for me.

The unit comes with an attachable heatsink that can be used while within your PS5 and your PC.
