“Can this be used on a MacBook Pro Retina from 2013? And would an adapter be needed?”

• Hello Preston, Unfortunately our SX8200 Pro 1TB drive is not compatible natively with the MacBook Pro Retina 2013 model. We would be unable to confirm whether or not it will work even with an adapter as we have not tested our drives with Apple products.
