• A:Answer It's a disk, so there is no downloading at all. There is nothing else to pay for. If you are asking can a single user install on both a desktop and a laptop, yes you can. It is only activated and liscenced to one user and only intended to run on one machine at a time of that single user.

• A:Answer Yes you can. While it is loading it displays features and it shows that. You could create gif's with the older versions, I used the feature often.
