• A:Answer Yes. In Photoshop you are able to do that by using the Freehand crop tool or a "set" ratio that has been uploaded by adobe and apply it to the image. You can do the same thing with Premiere Pro as well (instructions will be a little bit different but not by much).

Q: QuestionIs there a version available that isn't a "Subscription"? I just bought a new computer. I shouldn't have to buy software like this and have to pay for it annually or every three years.
