QuestionWill this phone work with Telcel? According to their website it will but that is the 8gb GSM 4G LTE model.

- Answer Yes. I use this phone with a mexican Telcel SIM, and a USA Telcel SIM. The only issue with Mex SIM was did not detect 4G because was an old SIM. I just changes for a new version and now the phone connects to 4g network in USA and in Mexico. The phone I bought is Alcatel - One Touch Pixi 4 (6) 4G LTE with 16GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Metallic silver Model: 5098SSKU: 5406700

QuestionI have T-Mobile Family from Walmart. I just got the phone and the sim card is a tad too large for the sim card slot. NOW WHAT DO I DO???

- Answer The T-Mobile SIM card is adjustable. If you look at it closely, you should be able to punch out a smaller card from your large sim card. Look for the outline and apply some pressure to the center of the card. The smaller sim card should pop right out, and fit right into your phone.

- Answer Use in Ukraine with Kyivstar sim (Ukraine) and T-Mobile sim with no problems with the local sim and phone frequencies working. Maybe not Western Europe but Ukraine worked - at least it did 2 years ago! The phone was the 5098S!

- Answer It should transfer but they have a transfer your phone kit for 2 bucks just buy that and call tracfone they will lead you through the process.
