• Yes. I use this phone with a mexican Telcel SIM, and a USA Telcel SIM. The only issue with Mex SIM was did not detect 4G because was an old SIM. I just changes for a new version and now the phone connects to 4g network in USA and in Mexico. The phone I bought is Alcatel - One Touch Pixi 4 (6) 4G LTE with 16GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Metallic silver Model: 5098SSKU: 5406700

• As long as they are GSM it doesn't matter what the storage size is. The Pixi4 works with Straight Talk and they're GSM.
