• Hi. This is Arianne from TracFone Wireless. No. You don't have to change the SIM card. This phone has a pre-inserted SIM card on it.

• Thanks Arianna but what I meant is WILL my Sim card work so my ph. nos. ,pics etc transfer to the new device
