I purchased this phone because it had a buy one month of service and get one free. After getting cut off after one month I went to through a great deal of hassle. I ended up at best buy and was told the best they could do was to sell me a new month of service and give me a gift card to cover the expense. of course they couldn't sell me anything but a $30. service. I took the phone and left. I am getting a new phone, but not from you.
