“Purchased alienware laptop yesterday and tried to install the tobii eye tracker. I cannot get the face recognition to work or the eyetracker. Can u help?”

Try Windows+S to bring up search. Type face recognition and it should show " Set up face Sign In" Make sure it is in a well lit room and look directly at camera. Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is very "light" sensitive. If there is too much light, it will not work. Also will not work in very dim light. It took me awhile to find the "right" environment to make it effective.
