Exchange it while you're still in a good window to do so. That is an issue that will not go away on it's own, don't give it time to get worse before taking it back.

And dont even dream of calling their customer support, they are the absolute worst on the planet. If you can, return the laptop and invest your money in literally any brand other than dell and you will be happy
