QuestionIf I add, upgrade, or replace any parts in the Laptop will I void any warranty? For example, I swap the ram for more power, or add another 1tb of Storage. Will that void my warranty, or does it only apply to extreme cases with soldering?

- Answer It comes with 16GB of DDR5 4800 installed. The laptop supports DDR5 4800/5200/5600/6000 SODIMM I personally recommend Crucial brand of RAM.

QuestionHi, I just got this laptop and am wondering how I can install windows 10 on it from a usb. Also, if I install windows 10 where can I download the laptop drivers (wifi card, trackpad, etc). Please don't answer to stay on windows 11 I hate windows 11.

- Answer You can download the "Windows Media Creation Tool" from Microsoft (just search for it). Run this tool on your computer, and it will create a bootable USB to install Windows 10 from. You will also have to enable booting from USB devices in the laptop's UEFI/BIOS before you can boot from it. Windows will automatically install all drivers for you, but you will need to manually reinstall all the extra Alienware, Dell, & NVIDIA software (if you want it) from their respective websites. The entire process is quite straightforward and relatively painless.
