- Answer Stop listening to the idiotic dell support team. This is NOT max q, its the full 115w plus 25w max boost. So its the 140w 3070.

- Answer I'm not sure why the Dell response is so inaccurate. As is with any laptop, your display output is limited by the port on the laptop. This laptop has HDMI 2.1 & Mini Displayport 1.4 output. Both support 4K or 2160P at 144Hz refresh rate. Windows 10 Menu on desktop, right click, and choose display settings. You will set your resolution or what you call "graphics" there. You can also choose to disable, extend, or duplicate the windows desktop on the laptop display if you need. In games or full screen applications, there will be resolution settings within the options menu.

- Answer The ram is soldered even on the m17 r4 model (this one's is soldered). The only way to get it with 32gb is to order it from dell.

- Answer You have to specify how much ram you want when you purchase the laptop as the RAM is soldered on to the motherboard. If you buy a 16gb machine, you're stuck with it forever. So if you want 32gb you have to buy a laptop with 32gb of RAM soldered into the motherboard.
