QuestionIs the left tower speaker a fiber optic cable. My metal coating came off of the cord for the output and I was going to splice it to rewire it with a AV/TV cord

QuestionOne night I shut the TV off and turned off the speakers like every other night except the next morning when I turned the TV on ...there was no sound!!! They work via Optical cord but not via the ARC input. Any idea why this may be happening??

QuestionThay work with Tv but not with netflix why?

- Answer I watch Netflix, hbo max, Disney + .. and I have no problem watching other apps .. maybe is not connected properly!! and I use the best connection quality (HMDI INPUT WITH ARC OUT) .. AND FIRST I TURN ON THE SPEAKERS AND THEN TV FOR CONNECTION

- Answer Lights are changed using the remote. There is a button on the upper left side of the remote, just below the on/off button. Pushing the button scrolls through all of the lighting scenarios, including off.
