“I only get sound in one ear when i make a phone call or video chat on messenger. Is this normal for it to go from both ears down to one for calls?”

• Yes. It should come out of the left earbud only. I know that most wired headsets produce call sound out of both earbuds, but total wireless tend to be one earbud only for reasons I can only guess at. I'm not saying all totally wireless earbuds do it this way, but the half-dozen I have all produce call audio out of one earbud only.
