QuestionI only get sound in one ear when i make a phone call or video chat on messenger. Is this normal for it to go from both ears down to one for calls?

- Answer Yes. It should come out of the left earbud only. I know that most wired headsets produce call sound out of both earbuds, but total wireless tend to be one earbud only for reasons I can only guess at. I'm not saying all totally wireless earbuds do it this way, but the half-dozen I have all produce call audio out of one earbud only.

Questionif your only using one earbud and the battery runs out do you still have a 3 hr charge in the other ?

- Answer Yes but only the left ear can work independently and the rigbt works off ghe left, so if the left ear dies your right earbud may have juice but will be conpletely useless

QuestionWhen you take one out of your ear when music is playing will it automatically stop? Also, is there a quick charge function with the case as well? Thanks.

- Answer When the one earbud is removed from the ear, the music will not automatically stop. The charging case does not offer a quick charge; however, it only takes around 2 hours to receive a full charge! QuestionAre these running Bluetooth 5.0? APTX codec? Video/Audio lag? How is compatibility with windows 10? What about comfort and fit?

- Answer Comfortable yes, but do not feel confident they won’t fall out. Sound is mediocre. No low end and highs are very harsh. Video lag is standard with any of the wire free devices. At this price I highly doubt the are running 5.0 or APTX. That info is not supplied with the products. Look elsewhere for something better.

QuestionI just got my tru evo sport wireless earbuds & iv tried the ear pieces with the ear hook & those aren't comfortable. I tried putting the ear tips on instead but there's no directions on how to use them properly so still no luck with finding a good fit

QuestionOnly one of the ear buds is charging fully. This would not be too horrible except for the fact that it's the "master" earbud so both buds die after roughly 15 minutes of use. How do I fix this problem? I believe this is certainly a manufacturer error.

- Answer if it happened the same way it happened to me then...make sure you place the earbuds in the correct side if not it seems like one might get charge if lucky. At least that is what was true in my case.

QuestionHi,earpieces are well charged & synced but when listening to music, I started to notice one side of the earpiece kept losing sound and the song will come back when I move my head then lose it again. A chemical smell is noticeable after 30mins of use. Help
