Q: QuestionHow can I attach the black plastic stand to the frame? There are no instructions and it doesn’t seem to slide into the slot on the frame. The slot appears to slant downward. I don’t want to force it and break it. Is there a simple way to attach it?

• A:Answer I too have run into this problem. I see Razzar asked this question a year ago. I will have to bring it back to the store and see if one of the staff will dare to put a lot of force on twisting the stand into the socket; I don’t want to break mine at home. -Sean

• A:Answer Not with this phone. You will need to upload photos using an SD card or USB thumb drive. Only use media cards that are 32GB or less in size. Be sure they are formatted to FAT32 file format.

Q: QuestionCan you download pictures from your iPhone to this frame?

• A:Answer No. Apple phones use proprietary file formats for photos which are built into their iTunes and iPhoto platform. You can use 3rd party software on your computer to download the photos there, then dump the photos onto an SD card or USB drive and insert that into the back of the frame. If you get one of our WIFI frames then you can use the Smart Frame app on your iPhone to send the photos.

Q: QuestionHow to delete pictures? I followed the directions to browse to the picture you want to delete and click the left arrow but nothing happens. Also I loaded pictures from my Mac and most of the pictures have a vertical bar in the picture, any suggestions

Q: QuestionIf I have several folders and choose RANDOM will the pictures show up from different folders at random or do they only show up in one folder at a time and move to another folder?
