QuestionCan this be used in portrait mode? Not the photos, can the unit be stood up in portrait?

- Answer No. It will auto decide between landscape and portrait and then show them in the correct orientation.

QuestionI bought this from you, Would like to know how to upload music to the frame, initially y registered my mobile, but when trying to register my iPad I couldn't or wouldn’t know how to do it. Is it because one device can be registered?

- Answer Video needs to be in .mp4 or .avi format. Use a 32GB or smaller SD card to store and play. Once the first person sets up the frame using the FrameTime app, the other people you wish to share the app with should get Share Requests from the original setup person. You do that from the FrameTime app and send the share request. Contact us at [email protected] for more info.
