Video needs to be in .mp4 or .avi format. Use a 32GB or smaller SD card to store and play. Once the first person sets up the frame using the FrameTime app, the other people you wish to share the app with should get Share Requests from the original setup person. You do that from the FrameTime app and send the share request. Contact us at [email protected] for more info.
