QuestionCan the camera be tilted up and down?

- Answer It has a hinge on the side, and the camera can be turned the full 360 degrees if you disconnect and reattach the cable. The hinge isn't the strongest though. You might need a bit of tape if it won't stay exactly where you want it, but in most cases if it's sitting on a desk you shouldn't have an issue.
