“In order to upload new pictures, does the frame and smart phone need to be in the same location? I am looking to keep this at my office. Is Wi-Fi required in order for photos to display? Are USB or Sim cards required and if so will that expand storage?”

Each time you upload from the webpage (from computer to the frame), you’ll have to initiate the button on the frame…however…you download the app and synch it to your phone and you can transfer files straight to the frame without having to initiate the frame.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as the frame is connected to Wi-Fi the smartphone can be anywhere in the world to send photos. Wi-Fi is not required to display photos, it is required to receive new photos. USB memory and SD are used to expand storage and are not required.
