QuestionI want to transmit sound from TV to sound bar AND 1 headphone at same time. Was told that on many new TV's that the sound cuts off to TV speaker as soon as you plug in to headset or optical audio jacks.Would this transmit to soundbar & headset same time?

- Answer I do not know if this will work for you specific TV and sound bar, however I do have mine set up to where the audio out from the TV is going to the sound bar via an optical cable. I also have the Bluetooth device plugged into the AUX out port on the TV. I can get audio out from the TV to both headphones and the sound bar at the same time with no sound delay. Of course, perhaps some other models of TV's would not allow this, but it is possible since it works just fine for me. Hope this helped.

- Answer After 2 or 3 years it is possible the battery may no longer power fully. With the unit turned off, charge the unit and if a red LED is showing then most likely the battery can be fully charged. Just make sure the device is OFF. When it is left on all the time, even if charging, it becomes a power in / power out vacuum and the battery does not fully charge.

- Answer Yes. If the plane has a 3.5mm audio connector then you would connect the ABC01F to the audio feed, then put the ABC01F in TX mode and pair with your headphones.

- Answer Yes. Be sure you use TX mode for transmitting. Also make sure the TV has an AUX audio output on the back or a headphone jack. Many smart TVs no longer come with AUX audio output and only include an Optical Out. If your TV has this then you will need a transmitter than has OPTICAL connectors. Our ABC02F and ABCD54F have these.

- Answer It should. You would run the ABC01F in TX mode for transmitting. The mic would connect directly into the 3.5mm audio in, then the ABC01F would be paired with your speaker. The only issue you could run into would be latency which you will not be able to control. Most people who lecture would do better with some type of audio mixer that supports latency and where you have better control of compression, limiting, and volume. The ABC01F cannot control volume in TX mode. It simply sends audio from point A to B.

- Answer Yes, you can use 1 in transmit mode & 1 in receive mode. Yes, you can plug your headphones into the receiver, you may need an adapter though.

- Answer That is basically how I am using mine via a tv in place of the receiver and Jabra bluetooth headphones instead of beats. You will need the correct adapter to plug the 3.5mm jack on the transceiver into your receiver with the transceiver set to transmit and pair it and your headphones. Volume will be controlled both with the receiver and your headphones. The good news is once you have the transceiver paired you can plug it into other headphone jacks on other non bluetooth devices and use your bluetooth headphones instead of wired

- Answer It depends on your specific TV. Some TV's will charge while the TV is off...some only charge while the TV is on. However, the transmitter should charge enough while the TV is on to keep the transmitter working.

- Answer Yes, you can pair your Airpods to ABC01F. To enable pairing mode for your Airpods, please put the AirPods in the case and open the lid. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until you see the status light starts pulsing white, and then let go. Make sure ABC01F is in Transmit mode. Once it is powered on, it will be in pairing mode automatically if this is the first time you are using it. If not, you can quick press the power button twice to enable pairing mode.

- Answer That is exactly what I did and yes it works great. You will have to keep the phone in range(30-40) feet from the unit. Enjoy !!

QuestionHow do I pair an Aluratek Receiver/Transmitter with Alexa? I'm trying to play Alexa through my Bose Wave radio. I have the Aluratek plugged into the Aux input on the Bose radio and have the Aluratek in Receive mode.

- Answer You don't pair it with Alexa. Just pair it with the device you're trying to stream audio from. Just like you would if Aluratek was Bluetooth ear buds.

- Answer Yes, it should work for your. I have used it in a similar configuration. You will want to switch the device to RX receive mode prior to turning it on.
