• A:Answer Make sure you measure from the top of your stove to the bottom of your current microwave. The installer said this microwave was 18 inches, the bare minimum recommended (18 to 24 inches.) It is closer to the stove top than my previous microwave. The width is pretty standard, as is the depth. This is a big microwave and I think they achieved it by have the height larger.

Q: QuestionInstalling new over range Amana microwave and the nut clips ( top bolts ) fell off down into the microwave housing while attempting to secure top bolts . Can the bs k panel be safely removed I’m attempts to retrieve and read ire the nut clips?

• A:Answer The motor is plugged in. Mine was set to wall vent so I followed instructions that come with the unit to open fan housing and rotate fan for top venting. It was easy.
