“Do the dimensions ( depth 34 5/8, height 68 7/8 and width is 35 1/2 inches ) include the coils at the back and the hinges on the top? We need to fit fridge into an already built cabinet. Thanks”

The depth includes the coils. The cutout requirements are: 69 3/8"H x 36"W x 27 1/2"D.
