- Answer Hi Fontastik4, the NTW4516FW should be adjustable with the Water Level knob, This washer will perform a series of spins to check for load balance. During this time, a series of clicks and a whirring noise signal that sensing technology is determining if there is an off-balance load. Deep Water Wash is not available in the Normal cycle mode. Selecting the Normal cycle with the Deep Water Wash setting will result in auto sensing of the water level.

- Answer Hi CarolF, the Deep Fill cycle will use approximately 26 gallons of water from start to finish. The tub will never fill to the top of drum.

- Answer With a long final spin cycle the clothes are really “dry” before going into the dryer which means shorter drying times. A shorter drying time is more forgiving on the fabric, slows color fading, AND consumes less energy! Win-win-win in my book!

QuestionNew washer has water inside, can hear it sloshing around. I have not hooked up the machine yet. Prev (damaged) machine the installers emptied it out by tilting it. But new installers did not do that & me tilting it does nothing. How do you get it out?

QuestionMost washers you can start filling with water, add your soap, then add clothes. Can I not do that with this washer? It doesn’t let you turn it on with the top open??

- Answer NO this is a safety feature I believe washer manufactures have been doing for awhile as far as I know I put my soap in first then my clothes close the lid select my wash cycle and and hit the start button. My clothes come out clean I have not seen a problem with the way this machine operates. I hope this helps

- Answer Hello Regina, Our new Washers have sensors that determine the temperature of the water. The Automatic Temperature Control electronically senses and maintains a uniform water temperature by regulating incoming hot and cold water. Even in Cool wash, some warm water is let into the washer to maintain a minimum temperature as well as the Hot wash cold water is added. We hope this helps.
