QuestionI don't understand why the 2nd rack has to be removed when you use Rapid Preheat. Someone please explain. Never had to do that in my 'old' oven. Thanks.

- Answer You don't have to actually take the rack out of the oven, you just aren't supposed to put food on more than one rack after using that kind of rapid preheat.
