If it’s a new oven, the broiler pan should be in the bottom drawer. If it’s new and didn’t come with it, call the company and see if they’ll send you one. Otherwise, you might find one at a secondhand store. If you set a glass dish in the broiler area, I would think the dish would break; broiler setting is a high temperature. Without a broiler pan, try using an iron skillet. You mentioned the oven has no insulation in the back; I would have a professional look at it before using it! Without insulation, the back wall may become too hot while the oven is on. Good luck!
