• A:Answer Go to the Amazon.com website & go to "my account", then click "manage my content & devices", then click "device". Write down the exact make, model & year of your Kindle. Then go to contact us. There is a section where you can ask that they call you. When you speak to them they will troubleshoot your Kindle to see if they can reboot it. **Make sure you fully charge your kindle prior to contacting Amazon. If they can reboot it then they will talk you through moving your content to your husband's Kindle.

• A:Answer No it is not, but with the addition of the backlight it is 90% one for a much lower price. Unless you need the extra Paperwhite features this is by far the best Bang for the Buck in the Kindle line.

• A:Answer The Kindle is not able to work on Bluetooth for connectivity, but can for audio. All models work on 2.4 GHz. If a version has 4G it can use the Cellular network in place of Wi-Fi, For an extra cost. Early units had something called Whispernet. This was a free Cellular connection, but most of those models are not not able to function as they can not run the current firmware to connect to Amazon to get your books. I thing, unless you need 4G or waterproof, the Kindle 2019 version it the best bang for the buck. If you travel a lot (me) and like to sit in a hot tub in the evening and need a waterproof version the Oasis it the one for you. If you just need to be able to have access to the internet without tethering to your phone or local Wi-Fi then a PaperWhite 4 with 4G (extra cost) is for you. • A:Answer Hello! You do not have to have Audible. You can enable text to speech in the Kindle under accessibility on the Kindle device. You can go to Settings, Accessibility, and toggle on VoiceView Screen Reader. You must make sure your device is synced to a Bluetooth device. This will be a little bit different than a normal text to speech, as the Kindle will now tell you what buttons you are hitting. For instance, when you hit "Settings" it will say "Settings". To get it to read your book, simply double tap on the book and it will open it and begin reading. You can also adjust speech rate and volume under the settings menu if you are looking to adjust that.
