• A:Answer Hello, calls can be placed through an Echo device by asking Alexa to call a contact or dial a number, You can use the Alexa app on your iPhone to also make a call or send a message, however the Echo device cannot place a call through your iPhone. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hello Elaine, here are some troubleshooting steps for connecting to the internet. 1. Open the Alexa App . 2. Select Devices . 3. Select Echo & Alexa. 4. Select your device. 5. Select Change next to Wi-Fi Network and follow the instructions in the app. If you don't see your Wi-Fi network, scroll down and select Add a Network (for hidden networks) or Rescan.

• A:Answer Hi Tammy! Yes, you are able to pair Bluetooth speakers to the Echo Dot. The Echo Studio is a great option for sound and have amazing bass. With the Echo Studio, you won't even need to pair speakers to it because it sounds that good. Get two Echo Studios and studio pair them for an even more amazing sound experience! Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hello BamBam, The Echo comes with the power adapter in the box, which is all you need to get started. You may use the Echo outside if you have access to plug it in to an outlet and have it within wifi range. However keep in mind that it's not weather resistant. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hi there, The Echo and Portal are two separate devices. Alexa is built into the portal but does not have the communication functions that the Echo devices have. You can do basic things such as play music and add items to a shopping list though! Have a great day!
