• A:Answer Hello, thank you for your question. There is only one version of the Echo show 21 and we do apologize for the inconvenience. You can try the following: Go to Settings. Select Display. Select Photos Slideshow. Select Cropping. This will give you three options, No Cropping, Smart Cropping which will cause your device to try it's best to crop photos that don't match the resolution so the main subject fits the screen or Crop All which will force all photos to be resized. Q: QuestionIn a previous post you said the show 21 has a no audio out jack however it can broadcast in Bluetooth. What would I need to get so I can connect to external amp that’s wire to my home speakers? Would this connection stay connected and reliable 24/7 ?

You will need to enable the Google Nest Skill through the Amazon Alexa app. To enable the Nest skill: Open the Amazon Alexa app, then select More, and select Skills & Games. Search for the Google nest Alexa skill in the search box. Select and enable the skill by logging in with your Google account. Finally, say "Alexa, show my cameras".
