I just reread the question, OF COURSE YOU NEED INTERNET SERVICE. or let it hook up with your phone. But NO, you can’t just take it out of the box in the middle of nowhere and expect it to work
A:AnswerYou will have to have another echo spot at work to use the so call drop in feature , that allowes you to check who’s at home and talk to them. However they maybe able to call you by asking Alexa to call your phone and maybe that would work with the camera.
A:AnswerI’ll have to say echo dot 3rd generation has a great sound. The echo spot has a good sound but more like a clock sound. Echo show has also a good sound.
A:AnswerThe speaker sound on the echo spot is not the greatest to have your smart tv sound come through the echo spot, it may blow the speaker, but you can use Alexa command from the echo spot for your tv.
