“I have only had this product for a month and it will not charge anymore. I tried turning it off and then turning it back on. If the charging light comes on the percentage still goes down. How do you fix this?”

I highly suggest you contact Amazon customer service and get this unit replaced. It should NOT be doing this after a month of usage.
