Q: QuestionCan a text app be downloaded? My father would like to be able to text to his kids. thanks

• A:Answer He should be able to use the Messenger in Facebook if he has that app downloaded. As for Messenger, like on an Android, he would need a SIM card to be able to text with the Fire HD tablet.
