• Yes you can download Netflix under the parent and then add it to the Kids

• Yes, this tablet does support the Netflix app. If it is not installed already at the time of purchase, it can easily be downloaded via the app store. Note, however, that using Netflix will require a separate subscription (it does not come with Amazon Prime).
