This includes a hand-curated subscription of over 5,000 kid-friendly books, movies, TV shows, educational apps, and games. If for any reason you are not able to successfully activate this service, please call Amazon Customer service at 1 (888) 280-3321 and im sure they can have it quickly resolved.

The offer is only good in the US so if that setting isn't set to tell Amazon that you are in the US then it won't let you cash in on the free year.
