So does this not work with the toshiba tv? null

It does, My dog chewed up the original remote that came with my Toshiba FireTv so I bought this remote and it works with my tv.

apparently there is not a toshiba replacement remote for the toshiba fire tvs. No information at the Toshiba website and all the amazon remotes that look identical, state in the fine print that they don't work with the toshiba tvs. This is ridiculous.
